📏 SIZE + FIT
Hat with pom measures 5" from the base to the top of the pom, and 2" in diameter. We recommend you slightly tilt your party hat to the side for a fun, whimsical look!

Our party hat headbands are attached to a comfortable, neutral-colored 1/8 " elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head (behind the ears).
* wearing your party hat headband under the chin is not recommended

CHILDREN'S HAT SIZE GUIDE

- 3.75" H x 2.75" W at base; though designs which include dimensional embellishments such as charms and florals will vary in height and width dimensions.

- Attached to a 1/8" gold elastic band, elastic band designs are recommended to be worn behind the ears.

Elastic Length Guide - Newborn – 13 3/4″- 3-6 Months – 15″- 6-12 Months – 16 1/4″- 12m – Tween – 17 1/4″
